Al respecto, a partir de la proximidad de la fecha establecida<br \/>\npara las elecciones presidenciales en Venezuela se han registrado nuevos casos de<br \/>\nagresiones contra la sociedad civil en general, cuya finalidad ha sido la intimidaci\u00f3n y<br \/>\ndesarticulaci\u00f3n del movimiento social mediante la imposici\u00f3n de controles<br \/>\nadministrativos, judiciales y legislativos, as\u00ed como la utilizaci\u00f3n de la persecuci\u00f3n como<br \/>\nmecanismo de control social[1].
